Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Sesh Snow gear, shipping, and returns.

How do I determine the right snowboard size for my riding style?

Choosing the right board depends on your weight, height, and skill level. Generally, a board should reach between your chin and nose. For park riding, we recommend sizing down for maneuverability; for powder and backcountry, size up for better float.

What is the 'Sesh Shred' warranty policy?

We stand by our craftsmanship. All Sesh Snow boards come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. This excludes damage from rails, rocks, or improper mounting of bindings.

How long does shipping take for heavy winter gear?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Express shipping is available at checkout. Please note that during peak season (November-January), processing times may be slightly extended.

What is your return policy if the gear doesn't fit?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused gear in its original packaging with tags attached. Please note that once a snowboard has been mounted with bindings or waxed, it is no longer eligible for return.

Do you ship internationally for global riders?

Yes, Sesh Snow ships to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon arrival in the destination country.

Do my boots and bindings need to be the same brand as my board?

Not at all. Our boards utilize the industry-standard 2x4 and 4x4 mounting patterns, making them compatible with almost all major binding brands. If you are using Burton Channel bindings, you will need a compatible adapter disk.
